Big ag property in Scioto River Bottom. Rotated soy beans and corn annually, not known which it will be this year, possibly a combination.
A waterfowl club does also hunt this property occasionally during waterfowl season, typically in January; weather and water dependent.
Includes over 100 acres of CRP. Nearly 1 mile of river edge. Nearly 1 mile of irrigation ditch edge. A couple of wooded ravines and fingers. THERE IS MAJOR BEDDING IN THIS 100 acre CRP. HOLDS A LOT OF GOOD DEER.
A father/son archery hunts the north 460; you can hunt it during the week long gun season and second bonus weekend gun season.
Just look at the Boone & Crockett Map of the USA, it is a map of the river system. Rivers = water, minerals, nutrients, food, and big bucks!
