Mature timber from ridge to ridge with ag on site along a creek bottom. This is near the Ross County line as well as Tar Hollow State Forest and other public hunting opportunities. Because it is open timber, deer will bed on ridges and benches; strategic access and hunting the topography without ATV’s to hunt is recommended.

CON’s

• This year’s 2024 hunter said he didn’t like anything about the property and and wanted to make sure I let everyone know he didn’t like it and for me to “be honest about the property”. He said he didn’t get any photos of “big bucks” above the 130’s. The only photo he shared with us was of a black bear that would regularly visit his deer feeder. For some hunters, large open woods with 130 class bucks is a great opportunity, for others, it may not be what you are looking for.
• A couple years ago, neighbors set stands crowding east and west property ridge lines; this was not an issue in 2024 that we know of.
• High hills and steep terrain some may not prefer.
